Ad Placement Details

KCMS Classifieds appear both online and are published monthly in KCMS’s Bulletin magazine. All ads run for a minimum of 2 months, must run online AND in print, and will not be run until payment is received.

Your ad online: Ads are posted online each Friday by 5:00 pm (PDT).

Your ad in print:The magazine is printed bi-monthly, ads recieved by 1st of the month will be published in the following issue. (ie: an ad received by June 1 will run in the July/August print issue.) We will guarantee to run each ad in at least one print issue.

Upon filling out the online ad placement form, you will be taken to our secure credit card processing site. Please have your credit card information ready so you can finalize your order. Please note: all ads must be paid for before they will run.

FAQ

Why would I want to place a classified ad with KCMS instead of a generic classifieds site?
Placing an ad with a KCMS allows you to target your ad to a specific audience. Unlike other classified ad sources (local newspaper, other online classified sites, etc.), a classified ad with KCMS gives you exposure to the people who would be most interested in your ad. The print magazine contains an advertisement for this website, ensuring you get maximum exposure for your ad.

Who sees my ad?
All members of KCMS receive the publication, which they often display in their offices for the benefit of other employees and patients.

Why would I want a hyperlink for my ad?
A hyperlink will make your online ad more noticeable and accessible. A hyperlink in your web ad will allow viewers to click on your web address or email and be instantly connected to where you want them to go.

Why would I want to box my ad?
A box around your ad will make your print ad more noticeable and accessible. Your ad will have a shaded screen behind it, drawing attention to it, and making it stand out from the ads around it.

Can I have a picture or logo with my ad?
Classified ads cannot have a picture or logo. However, you may consider placing a print ad in the magazine, which can easily accommodate a picture or logo. For more information on print ads, please visit www.assocationpublications.com or contact Roy Melani at roy@llm.com.

Do I get a discount for placing an ad in the publication of more than one association?
No. Each association (OMA, ODA, and KCMS) is a separate entity. LLM Publications, Inc., merely facilitates the ad submission process for the associations and is not authorized to offer discounts on their behalf outside of the member discount.

Will I receive an invoice for my ad?
No. We do not issue invoices for classified ads. You will receive a confirmation email once you have submitted your ad, which will have your order number and ad details, and can be considered an invoice.

How do I pay for my ad?
By credit card: After filling out the form below and clicking “purchase”, you will be taken to our online secure credit card processing form. Please note: For security reasons, we are unable to take credit card information over the phone or by email. Please make sure you are ready to pay before you submit. If you do not fill out the online payment form immediately after submitting, you will have to resubmit the entire ad in order to get back to the online payment form page. All ads must be paid for before they will run.

By check: After you’ve submitted the form below, you may mail a check to: LLM Publications, 8201 SE 17th Ave, Portland, OR 97202. Please reference the provided Order Number of your ad in the memo field. Please note: Your ad will not run until payment is received, and invoices are not issued. Confirmation emails are sent after ad submission.

Do I get a receipt for my payment?
Yes. The secure credit card site provides you with a receipt via email.

When will my ad be posted online/in print?
Ads are posted to the web every Friday by 5:00 pm (PDT). Print date varies depending on the association. Some issues may come out at the beginning of the month while others will be printed closer to the end of the month.

If I want my ad to appear in next print issue, what is the deadline for submission?

If I cancel my ad part-way through its run, do I get a refund for the unused months?
No. Ads are paid for up front and are non-refundable.

How do I renew my ad?
When your ad expires, or is close to expiring, you must re-submit your ad using the same process as the first time. Re-submission can be done at any time, and the new run will begin when the current ad expires.

How can I get a copy of the print publication that contains my ad?
To obtain a copy of the printed publication, you must contact the association directly. To contact KCMS, visit www.kcmsociety.org.

Is this site endorsed by the association?
Yes. We have set up this website at the request of KCMS to facilitate classified ads in their official publication. We work with them directly to ensure a quality publication that meets their standards.
